Limits are configured per plan by the operator and can change without an app update. Settings and App Status show the values that apply to your account, and those are authoritative.

Quiet hours never reject an alert: Zona stores it, then skips only the push and the in-app banner. Field limits and the JSON body limit are the same on every plan. The largest multipart request follows your plan’s image budget. Both are listed in the API reference.
How the subscription works
Apple handles every charge. These terms apply once Zona Plus purchases open in the app.
- Billing
- Zona Plus is an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Your Apple Account is charged when you confirm a purchase. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront.
- Auto-renewal
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
- Cancelling
- Cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, or in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase earlier, access continues until the paid period ends.
- Refunds
- Apple decides and processes refunds. If Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, Zona Plus access may end immediately.
- Restoring
- After reinstalling or changing devices, use Settings → Zona Plus → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Zona account.
- Deleting your account
- Deleting your Zona account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel Zona Plus through Apple first.
