Zona Notify Terms of Use

By using Zona, you agree to these terms. They supplement the Apple Standard EULA, which continues to apply to the iOS app. If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by these terms.

Zona receives alerts from sources you configure, stores accepted alerts in an inbox, and requests eligible push delivery. Push delivery, delivery status, service availability, retention, and third-party networks are best effort and are not guaranteed. Zona is not an emergency, medical, safety-critical, or life-safety service.

You are responsible for protecting your account and source keys, revoking a key that may be exposed, and ensuring that your alerts and attachments are lawful and appropriate. Do not use Zona to send malware, harass others, bypass access controls, or transmit passwords, live credentials, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Zona Plus is an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Your Apple Account is charged when you confirm a purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront.

Cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, or in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase earlier, access continues until the paid period ends. Apple decides and processes refunds; if Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, Zona Plus access may end immediately.

You may delete your Zona account in Settings. Account deletion stops its source keys and removes associated app data, subject to provider or legal retention, but does not cancel an App Store subscription. Zona may restrict or suspend use that threatens the service, violates these terms, or is required by law.

Zona may change or discontinue features, limits, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. To the extent permitted by law, Zona is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by missed, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly displayed alerts, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Questions: terabasedevteam@gmail.com.
